Berita perusahaan terbaru tentang How Does a Cooling Tower Improve the Efficiency of Your HVAC System ?

For large commercial buildings, hospitals, university campuses, and data centers, the cooling tower is a fundamental component of a water-cooled HVAC system, which is significantly more efficient than standard air-cooled systems. This system works in tandem with a water-cooled chiller. The chiller's condenser uses water to absorb heat from the refrigerant. This now-warm water is then pumped to the cooling tower, where the heat is rejected to the atmosphere through evaporation. The cooled water is returned to the chiller's condenser, and the cycle repeats.

The efficiency gain comes from the physics of heat transfer. Water is a far more efficient heat transfer medium than air. By using a cooling tower to reject the building's heat, the chiller doesn't have to work as hard as an air-cooled system struggling against a hot summer day. This drastically reduces the energy consumption of the compressor, which is the largest energy user in the cooling cycle. The result is a dramatically lower electricity bill for the building owner. Furthermore, water-cooled systems with cooling towers are more effective in maintaining performance during extreme peak temperatures, ensuring consistent indoor comfort while operating at a higher overall efficiency level.
